What’s with the purfume harsh smell

I was so stoked to get my three pairs of new shades , but as soon as I opened the bag the super strong smell of cologne, was to much for me I had to give them away to friends , too bad i wanted them so bad , there is a couple other brand similar to your style I’m might give them a try , if I would have known about the strong sent I would not have wasted my money :(
