Bad return of product policy

Your company policy of making your consumer to pay for reshaping of glasses that are returned which out my consent or knowledge. This is foul and to think I had any insight into is foul an to not treat a loyal or once loyal customer to your brand is foul.
You might want to ask yourself is this the fist order to your brand? Have you had issue with the post or usps in United States.
The 15 aud that was made to pay to other wide hold the products I had already pay for them rely me you’ll resend for another 15 aud is outrageous. Yalls need to re think your positions
